This is wonderful circuit for you guys.because we can use a normal speaker instead of a mic.When the voice waves touch the speaker.Magnetic field is changed in it.As a result of that it releases small electric signal to the transistor and transistor increase it.you can make this one as a intercom too.Then you have to use two circuits for that.try this...
